AYODHYA VERDICT: A SYNTHETIC WINNING

Part IV A (Art. 51 A):“To develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit enquiry and reform “. This constitutional statement is proved invalid by the Ayodhiya verdict. And it is beyond the scope of the judiciary to ask the mix questions of belief and history. All these
show the incompetence of the constitution. To bring to the story, there is also a question whether Rama actually lived as a human being or whether he was supernatural ideal created by mythology to represent the perfect man. The three judge bench ignored the historical and archaeological evidences. The findings of Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) were kept undisclosed. ASI remained packed with Hindu Fundamentalist. BJP used the issue to catapult itself into power, is a fact.

The grounds to say the bench ignored the historical and archaeological evidences:

1.  Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) had not been able to cite any Sanskrit text in support of its claim that there was in ancient in Hindu belief that a particular spot in Ayodhiya was the Ram Janmasthami (birth place of Rama).

2.  No evidence existed in the text of any generation (including Tulsidas’ Ram Charitmanas) being attached to any spot in Ayodhiya before the 16th century for being the birth place of Rama.

3.  Babri Masjid occupied the site of Rama’s birth didn’t not arise until the 18th century
and that a temple was destroyed build the mosque was not asserted until the beginning
of 19th century. The full blown destruction of a temple that stood at the site of Ram’s
birth place and at Sita Ki Rasoi came as late as the 1850s. Since then, reconstruction
of “imagined history” based on faith started.

4.    Ayodhya Mahatmya (the merits of visiting Ayodhiya) given in the Skanda Purana was not compiled earlier than the 16th century, seems to prepared towards the end of 18th century or the beginning of the 19th century. Even if we accept the location of birth place of Rama as given in the Ayodhiya Mahatmya it doesn’t tally with the site of Babri Masjid. According to the Hindu belief as given in the Ayodhiya Mahatmya of the Skanda Purana, the birth place of Rama cannot be located on the site where the Babri Masjid stands. It is significant that the Janmasthami is not mentioned even once in any itinerary of pilgrimage given in the Mahatmya.

5.  The stone pillars are, in fact, embedded at the arch entrances in the massive walls of the mosque and stands at the floor level on the foundation walls constructed for the big building, Masjid. Since, black stones pillars are relatively short and slander, they cannot be load bearing of the temple. The placement of the pillars fits in the plan of the mosque and not of a Hindu Temple. So, this is wild hypothesis not backed any material evidence and is actually negated by the factual position easily verifiable from the existing structure of the Babri Masjid.

6.  The presence of animal bones throughout and the use of “surkh” (made form powder burnt bricks) and lime mortar (all characteristics of Muslim presents) rule out the possibility of Hindu temple having been there beneath the mosque.

7.  There was no Ram temple in the whole of Uttar Pradesh before the 17th century.

Some chronological facts:

i.   Babri Masjid constructed by Mir Baqi in 1528 AD.

ii.  The first conflict around this was in the late 19th century. Both communities continued offering prayers. It was in 1970s that the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) communalized the issue in order to drive a wedge between the two communities. This finally led to the destruction of the mosque.

iii. On the night of December 22, 1949, the idol of shri Ramchandraji was surreptitiously and wrongly put inside it.

iv. Destruction of Babri Masjid : December 26, 1949

Conclusion

Muslims never questioned the fact that Ayodhiya is sacred to Hindus, they never questioned the fact that Ram was born in Ayodhiya, and they never questioned the fact that Ram is divine to Hindus. Their only objection was to the exact place where Hindus belief was borne.

There is an explosion in the number of Hanuman temples in the capital. In the coming years
the govt. and the courts will not only be required to solve the problems of one Ram, but of
numerous Hanuman whole of temples have been mostly constructed on unauthorized land.

Why do Muslims perform circumcisions

Why do Muslims perform circumcisions(khatna)?

Male circumcision is among the rites of Islam and is part of the (in Arabic): fitrah, or the innate disposition and natural character and instinct of the human creation.

As-Shawkani said in his book Nayl al-Awtar (1/184):

"What the Prophet (s.A.w.) means by Fitrah is that if these characteristics are followed by a man, he would be described as a man of Fitrah, which Allah (s.w.t.) has gifted his servants with, and encouraged them to follow, so that they attain a high degree of respectability and dignity."

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "Five are the acts quite akin to fitrah:Circumcision, clipping or shaving the pubes, cutting the nails, plucking or shaving the hair under the armpits and clipping (or shaving) the moustache." (Reported in Bukhari & Muslim)

Allah ordered Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) to follow the religion of Ibrahim (peace be upon him). When Allah says:

"Then We inspired you: 'Follow the religion of Ibrahim, the upright in Faith'."

(Qur'an 16:123)

And part of the religion of Ibrahim is circumcision

Circumcision of newborn boys (I.e., within the first month of life) brings numerous health benefits, including:

1 - Protection against local infection in the penis, which may result from the presence of the foreskin, causing tightening of the foreskin, which may lead to retention of urine or infections of the glans (tip) of the penis - which require circumcision in order to treat these problems. In chronic cases, the child may be exposed to numerous diseases in the future, the most serious of which is cancer of the penis.

2 - Infections of the urethra. Many studies have proven that uncircumcised boys are more exposed to infection of the urethra. In some studies the rate was 39 times more among uncircumcised boys. In other studies the rate was ten times more. Other studies showed that 95% of children who suffered from infections of the urethra were uncircumcised, whereas the rate among circumcised children did not exceed 5%.

In children, infection of the urethra is serious in some cases. In the study by Wisewell on 88 children who suffered infections of the urethra, in 36 % of them, the same bacteria was found in the blood also. Three of them contracted meningitis, and two suffered renal failure. Two others died as a result of the spread of the micro-organisms throughout the body.

3 - Protection against cancer of the penis: the studies agree that cancer of the penis is almost non-existent among circumcised men, whereas the rate among uncircumcised men is not insignificant. In the US the rate of penile cancer among circumcised men is zero, whilst among uncircumcised men it is 2.2 in every 100,000 of the uncircumcised population. As most of the inhabitants of the US are circumcised, the cases of this cancer there are between 750 and 1000 per year. If the population were not circumcised, the number of cases would reach 3000. In countries where boys are not circumcised, such as China, Uganda and Puerto Rico, penile cancer represents between 12-22 % of all cancers found in men; this is a very high percentage.

4 - Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Researchers found that the STDs which are transmitted via sexual contact (usually because of fornication/adultery and homosexuality) spread more among those who are not circumcised, especially herpes, soft chancres, syphilis, candida, gonorrhea and genital warts.

There are numerous modern studies which confirm that circumcision reduces the possibility of contracting AIDS when compared to their uncircumcised counterparts. But that does not rule out the possibility of a circumcised man contracting AIDS as the result of sexual contact with a person who has AIDS. Circumcision is not a protection against it, and there is no real way of protecting oneself against the many sexually transmitted diseases apart from avoiding fornication/adultery, promiscuity, homosexuality and other repugnant practices. (From this we can see the wisdom of Islamic sharee'ah in forbidding fornication/adultery and homosexuality).

5 - Protection of wives against cervical cancer. Researchers have noted that the wives of circumcised men have less risk of getting cervical cancer than the wives of uncircumcised men.

Indian Communalism as a Means

Hamara bharat is unity in diversìty. Because of which the chemistry is
so complex. By constitution India is secular. By diversity India is
communalism. Now, secularism and communalism are complementary dipoles
being the party system as the switch box. It means that communalism
is the means whereas secularism is the end for this party system by
practice. This mechanism of equelibrium chemistry act as the ball of
the Lottery wheel that never ends. All these are defined by the
Gujarat muslim riot inwhich no action taken so far over Narendra Modi,
Babri Masjid demolition by Kar Sevak Sangh back BJP, ban of cow
slaughter in Hydrabad by BJP on unreasonable grounds. And so on . . .

Shashi and Sex

Shashi Tharoor is a sex enjoying man. He enjoys serial marriage for serial enjoyment. He is not less than Salman Rushdie who loves to stay holding women. Tharoor married first with academician Tilottama Mukerjee, his schoolmate, second was the Christa Gile, a Canadian Civil Servant. He want a third one to marry with a Kashmiri beautician whom he met in Delhi. He want is nothing but to taste the nectar of all the flower of the Garden he reach. Tillotama, his first wife would be inferior to Christa Gile in the respect he like, but such is not natural to happen many times like a game. Is it not his wrong to choose the best as late as his 2ndtime marriage. A civil servant or an academician would no more be inferior to that of beautician. If he matters on skin why not he choosed the Mrs. Right of skin deeped at the first instant. Is it not a notion of taking women as toy. If many people denies him it is his fault or if he denies many people it is also his fault. I was impressed by his deep knowledge of Indian society in his column of "Shashi-on-Sunday" of Times of India of Guawahati edition. This impression was changed to junck-fucker sort of personality. He ( even at the age of 54) proves the Rat behavior of Men i.e. Rats search for new holes. Funny !!

Missperception

None of the Quran's 6000- plus verses asks Muslims to establish Islamic rule in the world. Islam should be judged by the teachings of Quran and the Prophet's Hadiths, not through the acts of violence perpetrated by a handful of misguided elements who call themselves Jihadists who defame Islam.

Relationship

Everybody have tensions over their relationships. This is call love. Happy peoples are those who try to solve the problems in the way their tensions are over. Another fact is that happy and tensions the two faces of same coin. This is call the natural order that we can't amend. Oops...!
Is this called life...!!?

Desire.. !!

The things we like we can't get. The things we don't like we get. The things we doesn't enjoy last long. The things we enjoy doesn't last long. Is this call the natural order? Is this call the life...?

My philosophy over carbon-cut feasibility.

It is nowhere wrong to say that climate change is a problem and that is challenging the knowledge and wisdom of human kind and has become an urgent pervasive preoccupation across the globe. The matter has been alarming and running over the round of tables almost since the Earth summit, Reo De Zenario, 1992, the time United Nations Framework Convention on Climate change (UNFCCC). And it has been continuing in the same pace till the Cancun, Mexico, 2010 without any binding resolution so far.

Another concern of the day is -- How far it will go in the same pace and when the concrete resolution will be laid down ?

The answer of this two question can be deduced from the relationship between the energy and the economy of the nation. The fact is that economic growth is directly proportional to the consumption of energy, I.e., complementary factors. Or, energy is the cause and consequence of economic growth . And another point for the question is to what extent the means of mitigation are feasible in this large base of population.

To go with, as no one is brave enough to cut the carbon emission, the means of carbon trading , or emission trading. To define, the total amount of allowance credit is set equivalent to the total emission level, that cannot exceed. If the nation or company that need to increase their emission allowance must bye credits from whom those who pollute less. The transfer of allowance is referred to as a trade, In effect, the buyer is paying the charge for polluting. While the seller Is being rewarded for having reduce emission by more than was needed. So, the fact is that the emission is continuing what the difference is only the change of the place if emission. There is no reduction anywhere. Even though it is not means for India that doesn’t affect the energy consumption and economic growth. It is nowhere a feasible means in the long run.

Renewable resource technology is also an add to this need of energy, but the concern is the meagerness of this technology in India, lack of economy for this Research and Development(R&D) in the field of Solar, wind and Ocean. Hydel power cannot serve all the grid of the nation without the Thermal Power plants. Hydel Power projects is also directly proportional to the environment hazard.

In the section of Biofuel Technology also the same adverse effect is found. There is lack of technology and economy for its R&D. And it adversely affect the food security of the nation, meaning:raising another problem while pressing one problem. Large area occupation of Biofuel plants like Zatropha for Biodiesel and Sugarcane for Ethanol, to example, affect the food security of the nation. Need of Biodiesel can be control but it cannot be happened to stomach. Reasonably, it is obvious to continue the fossil fuel energy consumption. So, this means is hardly feasible in the Indian arable soil. If anyone urge to convert the non-arable soil for the cultivation of Biofuels, why not it is arable for staple crops, why it is not extended the ecumene  to the dry deserts till yet, thereby, why not to solve the problem of leap jump food inflation first of all. Here, what I would like to ponder over is the results of the computer simulated models of 'the theory of Limits to Growth' which bear the meaning that almost every economic growth is associated with a side-effect somehow.

Pertaining to this, it is found hard to discuss about the direct and indirect taxes also. When tax is simultaneously levied over road and vehicle manufacturing industries beyond the level that drastically cut the consumer's choice for demand, which the growth of the nation’s GDP would be dampened all of a sudden is obvious. It is not possible to levied any tax beyond the limit. Industries is the backbone of the economy of the nation. Almost all of the industries contribute to carbon emission.

In context of nuclear energy also, not only the the raw material, the technology is very limited,  which is the main factor is almost negligible to count from indigenous rather than import. Even though with this meager amount of nuclear energy, it’s a big dilemma between civil and defense purposes. For yet, as there is no binding document laid for emission cut, nuclear for defense is more important for this on going cold war over geo-political issues for its security. The point that could reveal is that there is no way to reduce the emission cut rather than going parallel with alternate means.

To conclude, the natural order that birth and death for every thing in the universe is also seen hidden in the minds of people but inevitable factor for all what happening on the earth at minor and in the universe at vast. All planets have its birth and death, then, so as the particles that formed it. In the same way, the productivity of the soil cannot be like before. Amount of resource cannot be like before. Consequently, adaptation is more important than mitigation. There is not technology in human sympathy to eliminate the large base of population. There is no technology against the law of diminishing marginal productivity of land. There is no technology to prevent from depletion of fossil resource. There is no technology to manipulate the human desire, rather the reverse. Lastly, there is no technology to develop a time machine to back the globe to the time before industrialization rather than opting for a mental control which now a days termed as 'sustainable development' and burning Hydro Carbons along with alternative non-conventional source of energy at parallel.

There is sufficiency in the world for men’s need but not for men’s greedy.

Cry of a Woman In Saddama's Detention Cell.

“They took me away from my home
They slapped me when I cried out for my children
They imprisoned me
They accused me to crime I had never committed
They interrogated me with their harsh accusations
They tortured me with their cruel hands
They stabbed out cigarettes on my flesh
They cut out my tongue
They raped me
They cut off my breast
I wept alone, in pain and in fear
They sentence me to die
They stacked me to the wall
I begged for mercy
They shot me between my eyes
They dumped my body in a shallow grave
They buried me without a shroud
After my death, they discovered I was innocent”

Thus a woman used to utter alone in the Cell No.:52 of the Detention Building in Baladiyat during the regime of Saddam Husssain. The above verses talk almost all about the nature of his regime. He is deserved, so far my rationality is concerned, for his execution by Bush regime. I really feel sorry for those victims for his regime. I feel pity for those women in the Detention building. The above excerpt is taken from “Mayada, the daughter of Iraq” by Jean Sasson.
